Tickets are $50 per person and must be redeemed for a PALATE Pass at the CORNING INFORMATION CENTER at 1 West Market Street, Corning, NY. Each PALATE Pass entitles the holder to a variety of events and specials throughout the week of February 16 – 22, 2009 in Corning’s Gaffer District and throughout Finger Lakes Wine Country, New York. You may turn in your ticket for the PALATE Pass beginning Monday, February 16, 2009.
Each PALATE Pass entitles the holder to the following:
• Handmade, beaded lanyard.
• Free admission to The Corning Museum of Glass.
• 10% off at The Corning Museum of Glass GlassMarket.
• Entry into a drawing for a one-of-a-kind, signed Hot Glass Show piece from The Corning Museum of Glass.
• Admission to Cabin Fever (wine and beer tasting event in Corning’s Gaffer District, Friday evening, February 20) with souvenir wine and beer glasses.

Vertical Wine Tasting at Swedish Hill Vineyards at 1 PM. A special four vintage vertical tasting of Optimus, the winery's signature Meritage, beginning with 2003. In 2008, Swedish Hill won the most medals of any New York winery and won the coveted Governor's Cup, awarded to the top New York winery.
